If you notify us of your move approximately 3-4 weeks in advance, we'll be able to finalize your account before you move so you have one less thing to worry about. Maintenance and ongoing meter reads are provided by ATCO Gas and ATCO Electric Ltd. These companies make every effort to read all of their customer's meters on a monthly basis.
Additionally, if you are keeping your service, but transferring to a new address, you can notify us at 1-866-420-3174 about your move date.
Critical Care Form
